House Cleaner — Riverview
Residential, short-term rental and commercial cleaning in Riverview. Full-time and part-time.
The role
You clean homes, short-term rentals and offices to a written standard, and you photograph the finished work so the client can see it. Most days are residential and rental turnovers during daytime hours. Commercial work runs at night and on weekends, and you can take it or leave it.
You get your schedule ahead of time in a text with the address, the arrival window and the door code. No hunting for information, and no waiting on a client to let you in.
Where you would work
Riverview, Apollo Beach, Gibsonton and south Hillsborough. We assign routes so your stops are close together rather than spread across the bay.
What you would do
- Clean homes to the Renovar checklist, room by room
- Turn over short-term rentals between guests, including linens and restock
- Clean offices and common areas on contracted schedules
- Photograph completed work and upload it before you leave
- Report anything broken, missing or running low
- Restock consumables and check inventory against par levels
- Communicate through the scheduling app so nobody is guessing
What we are looking for
- Reliability above everything. If you say you will be there, you are there
- Attention to detail, especially in kitchens and bathrooms
- Reliable transportation to get between stops
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Comfort using a phone app for your schedule and photos
- Respect for people’s homes and their privacy
- Cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We train
