Every room

Dust all reachable surfaces
Dust ceiling fans within reach
Dust window sills and ledges
Wipe light switches and door handles
Vacuum carpets and rugs
Sweep and mop hard floors
Empty all trash and replace liners
Spot-clean visible marks on walls
Make beds with existing linens

Kitchen

Clean and sanitize countertops
Clean sink and faucet, polish fixtures
Wipe the exterior of all appliances
Clean stovetop and control panel
Wipe the range hood exterior
Clean the microwave inside and out
Wipe cabinet fronts
Clean and shine the backsplash
Load or hand-wash dishes in the sink
Take out kitchen trash

Bathrooms

Scrub and disinfect the toilet, base and behind
Scrub the tub and shower walls
Clean the shower door or curtain
Clean the sink, vanity and counters
Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures
Wipe cabinet fronts and drawer faces
Sanitize high-touch surfaces
Restock toilet paper if provided
Empty bathroom trash
Sweep and mop, including behind the toilet

Bedrooms and living areas

Make beds and straighten pillows
Dust nightstands, dressers and headboards
Dust shelves and decor
Wipe mirrors and glass
Vacuum under accessible furniture
Fluff and arrange cushions
Dust reachable baseboards
Tidy visible clutter into place

Pro Clean adds

Baseboards throughout
Door frames and thresholds
Light fixtures and reachable vents
Interior window glass
Detail dusting on surfaces that normally get skipped
Detail work on cabinet edges and trim

Executive Clean adds

Inside the oven
Inside the refrigerator
Inside cabinets and drawers
Deep scrub of grout and tile
Detail clean behind and under appliances
Full interior window and track cleaning

Not included in a standard clean: laundry, exterior windows, carpet extraction, mold remediation, pest control, hoarding cleanup, moving heavy furniture, or work above a two-step ladder. Laundry and several of these can be arranged separately.

What we ask from you: for residential work we use the vacuum, mop and broom already in your home rather than carrying ours in from another house. We bring our own supplies.
