Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of renovarcleaning.com. They are not the agreement that governs cleaning services. Cleaning services are governed by the separate written service agreement you sign with Renovar Cleaning LLC. If the two conflict, the service agreement controls.

Estimates are estimates

The calculator on this site produces an estimate from the numbers you enter. It is not a quote, an offer, or a binding price. Every estimate assumes a property in reasonable condition for its size and use. A firm price comes only after we confirm the property details, and where the work warrants it, after we see the property. If a property requires substantially more work than the information provided suggested, we will tell you what the work actually takes before we begin, and you are free to decline.

Scheduling, cancellation, and access

Appointment terms, cancellation windows, cancellation and lock-out fees, and access requirements are set out in your service agreement. As a general matter we ask for at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel or reschedule, and we may charge a fee for a cancellation inside that window or for arriving at a property we cannot get into.

What we do not do

Our standard cleaning services do not include mold remediation, biohazard or crime scene cleanup, pest control, hoarding cleanup, exterior pressure washing, carpet extraction, chimney or duct cleaning, moving heavy furniture or appliances, cleaning at heights that require more than a two-step ladder, or handling firearms, medication, or cash left in the open. Some of these can be arranged separately or through a partner.

Damage and claims

We carry liability insurance and janitorial bonding. Report any damage or missing item in writing within seventy-two hours of the service so we can investigate while the facts are fresh. Our claims process, including reporting steps and limits, is described in your service agreement.

Your content

If you send us photos, reviews, or other content, you give us permission to use it in connection with the business, including on this site and on social media, unless you tell us in writing not to. You keep ownership of it.

Our content

The Renovar name, logo, site design, text, photography, checklists, and the estimate tool are the property of Renovar Cleaning LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or reverse engineer any part of this site for a competing purpose.

No warranty on the site

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any figure it produces is accurate for your specific property.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, our liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to one hundred dollars. This limit does not apply to services, which are governed by the service agreement, and does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute arising out of the site shall be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
