Pricing

Prices shown on this site, including the “starting at $100” figure and any output of the estimate tool, are estimates for a property in reasonable condition. They are not offers and they are not guarantees. Your actual price depends on square footage, the number and condition of bathrooms and kitchens, frequency of service, and what the property actually looks like. Your first visit is priced as a deep clean. If more than a month passes between visits, the next visit is priced as a deep clean again.

Time and staffing estimates

Any labor-hour figure on this site is an internal planning estimate, not a promise of how long a crew will be on site. Two cleaners on one property cut the time on site roughly in half without changing the price.

Insurance and bonding

Renovar Cleaning LLC carries commercial general liability insurance and janitorial bonding. Certificates of insurance are available on request, and we can name a building owner or management company as an additional insured where a contract requires it. We are not a licensed contractor, mold assessor, mold remediator, pest control operator, or biohazard remediation contractor, and we do not perform work that requires those licenses.

Ownership

Renovar Cleaning LLC is a locally owned Tampa Bay company. It is woman owned, minority owned, and veteran owned. These are statements of fact about who owns the business. They are self-identified and are not, on their own, a certification. Where a client or a public agency requires a formal designation such as WBE, MBE, WOSB, or SDVOSB, ask us and we will tell you the current status of any certification before you rely on it in a bid or a contract.

Service area

We serve Tampa, South Tampa, St. Petersburg, Brandon, and the surrounding Tampa Bay area. Properties outside that area may be quoted with a travel charge or declined.

Photos on this site

Photographs on this site are licensed stock images used to illustrate the type of work we do. They are not photographs of specific Renovar jobs or of client properties. We will replace them with our own work as we build a portfolio, and we will never publish a photo of a client property without written permission.

Reviews and results

We do not publish invented reviews, fabricated ratings, or made-up client counts. Anything you see on this site described as a review will be a real one.

Text messages

Clients who provide a mobile number and agree to receive messages may get appointment confirmations, arrival notices, and completion notices. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Independent contractors and employees

Cleaners performing work for Renovar are engaged in accordance with applicable federal and Florida law governing worker classification, wage and hour requirements, and workers compensation.

Accessibility

We are working toward WCAG 2.1 AA on this site. If you hit something you cannot use, tell us through the contact form and we will fix it and get you what you needed in the meantime.
